So life has gotten very very busy...so in the effort of managing my time and organizing my life...I'm going to be signing out of my blog for the time being.
Good luck for now!
Do you find yourself working hard all day long only to dash to the grocery store, then to the dry cleaners then off to pick up the kids before going home only to find you forgot half your groceries?
What about the gift for your mother-in-law for this weekend? What to get? When to get it? Uh oh, no appropriate wrapping paper (would she appreciate the teddy bear wrapping paper?).
Finally, the weekend is here...wait, there's more errands to do than there is time to do them. What about time to spend with the kids? With your significant other (who is starting to feel not so significant?)? Or just relaxing with friends?
That's where I come in...
A Personal Assistant to make life a little bit easier.
A Personal Assistant is the key to a more relaxing day, someone to take the stress out of your life.
Contact me today to find out how I can make your life easier, give you more family time, personal time, or just simply make
your life about you again and not about dashing from place to place.

Broken New Year's Resolutions
We're well into February, how many resolutions have you broken? You had great intentions. You really thought about how you could and should improve your life. Hmmm, one month. That's all it took to break you.
Whether you wrote down your resolutions or simply made a silent promise to yourself to...lose that last ten pounds, eat better, quit smoking, look for a better job, get out more...and so on and so on.
We all do it. Start out with a bang and end on a whimper. My advice (for what it's worth)? Keep trying. Get back on the wagon. Start fresh. Whatever you call it just don't give up.
Modify your expectations.
Start fresh in the morning.
Work in small bits toward the big goal.
Do whatever you have to do to avoid quitting and berating yourself for not being perfect. (By the way, perfect people are just a myth.)
Good luck and get back out there!

Happy New Year!
Wishing you the happiest and most organized of New Years!
Now that the holiday season is over and your house looks like it may have been invaded by Santa's messiest elves...get organizing!
If you have children the first step may be weeding out the unused or forgotten toys and checking the clothes closet for items that no longer fit. Craigslist is a wonderful resource for passing on gently used items although many charities would love your items as well.
~The Open Door Society based in Lynn Valley at Hillside Church accepts donations of clothing for women and children on Mondays from 9:30- 11:30am
~Your local daycare may welcome your toys that are still in good condition
~Drop boxes are located in various areas throughout the city accepting clothing (Esso on Mountain Hwy, Lynn Valley Mall, Edgemont Village Super Valu).
~Salvation Army on Lower Lonsdale
Once you've shared or sold your used items you should have some room for all of those goodies Santa brought. Now is a great time to think about re-organizing that playroom, den, office, or bedroom. Literally out with the old and in with the new!
If you are a family of adults this may be the time to re-organize your living space and office areas that are prone to clutter. With the holidays over, take advantage of the lull of January to take a good look at your home. What is needed and what is not? Be brutal, clutter isn't efficient and it tends to take up alot of time since you're looking for that one item or re-organizing monthly to try to find a better system. Take a weekend to really look at what you need then find a system or someone to assist you find a system that fits you.
All the best in 2011!
